You Are What You Think

You know that excited feeling that you get when thinking about heading out on that great vacation?  Or how about that feeling after you passed that big exam or when you are done with school for the semester and you have a nice long break?

Feelings of relief, hope, anticipation, joy and excitement are all feelings that bring us closer to our dreams.

Feelings of worry, fear, despair, anger – these are all feelings that move us further away from our true selves and separate us from how we really want our lives to be.

Reading something positive or inspirational for 10 minutes every day can have a dramatic effect on your life.  We know we have to feed our bodies with nutritious food to live well but we often don’t think of feeding our minds with good thoughts.

Start today by fertilizing your mind for 10 minutes daily.   Don’t have time to read?  Go to your local library and find a book on tape that will put some good thoughts in your mind.  Soon those good thoughts will take hold and be a dominant force in moving you towards the life of your dreams.
